She took the time to really understand what we were looking for, offered brilliant design advice, and helped us choose items that not only look stunning but also fit perfectly with the space.

Kamila’s knowledge, patience and attention to detail made the whole process stress-free. She was always friendly, professional, and patient with our many questions. Thanks to her guidance, we now have a bathroom that we’re genuinely proud of.

The shop has high-standard products and the service is excellent!
Kamila went above and beyond to make sure that we had our dream shower. Once she learned that the T-bar we bought for the shower was not suitable for our use case, she made sure we could order the proper one. And when the wrong piece was delivered, she contacted the supplier - on her own initiative! - to ensure that the correct was delivered - and this came at no additional cost to us, not even the delivery. We are most grateful.

We’ve just had our bathroom gutted and have a completely new bathroom. Warren was superb in assisting us in our quest to find perfect bathroom and Warren was amazing and listened to what we wanted and he did a plan and a detailed plan of what we asked for. He listed very tin and we did not change a thing. The quality was excellent as was the price, so can only say ‘thank you Warren’.

He also gave us name of a guy who could fit our bathroom. It turned out Jak too was amazing and kept us up to date daily what the day’s work was and he’s a perfectionist.

What service, help and advice i have just had from the team at Gillingham. As a DIYer Cameron and Kelvin went above and beyond to help me with a real problem i had. Although nothing they could supply me would fix my ageing heating system, they managed to get me a DIY solution. As yet everything is OK and just grateful for Drakes staff helping me out, where plumbers and installers etc, wouldn’t spare the time to assist.

I had visited many bathroom shops but Wanessa at Thompson and Leigh was fantastic, honest and followed the brief perfectly ! She designed my perfect bathroom with helpful suggestions and even cost saving alternatives ( very rare) Honestly better than any other bathroom showroom or design planner ive ever seen . Highly recommended

I went to speak with Richard about designing our new bathroom. The whole process was efficient and fun, with Richard being very friendly and easy to get along with. He offered print outs of the final CAD design. I'm now looking forward to receiving the quote and creating the bathroom in reality.

Really helpful staff with Gareth and Charlie in the showroom sorting anything and everything out. The guys on the trade counter are all knowledgeable and have a decent stock range of materials and parts. Since finding Drakes I have stopped hawking around for things and they are my first and only call.
